Graduation Ceremony: March 15th, Cork 2015

Congratulations to all our participants for their continued hard work in their Suzuki performance. The Graduation Ceremony will take place in the Cork School of Music, Union Quay, Cork City.

For a smooth and enjoyable day we would ask each group to check their arrival time and please be punctual.  Estimated break length is indicated to help plan your day/lunches etc.

10.30am:Violin – Level 4 Violin                                      Break Length 11.15am – 1.40pm

10.45am: Violin – Level 2 Violin and Viola                       Break Length   11.45am – 1.40pm

10.45am: Violin – Level 1 Violin                                    Break Length   11.45am – 1.40pm

11.15am: Violin – Twinkle Level                                    Break Length   12.15pm – 1.40pm

11.45am: Cello – All Levels                                          Break Length   12.30pm – 1.40pm

12.15pm: Piano – All levels                                          Break Length   1.00pm – 1.40pm

12.30pm: Recorder                                                     Break Length   1.00pm – 1.40pm

12.30pm: Level 3 – Violin + Viola                                  Break Length   1.00pm – 1.40pm


The Concert will commence 2pm Sharp


Extra Notes:

Concert Dress:  There is no official concert dress, but smart casual would be recommended.

All violins/cellos/violas/bows/cases and shoulder rests must be labelled with the students name.

Trophies will be presented on the day and group photos will be taken after each performance, please note individual photos can be taken at leisure in the foyer of the building after the concert.

Please note that it is also St. Patricks weekend, lots of music and events are planned around Cork City the Saturday 14th /Sunday 15th and Tuesday 17th  check out

An early arrival would be recommended as its free parking on a Sunday.  However due to the festival the free parking surrounding the school of music is limited. There are a number of multi-story carparks around the city
